@nuriksari. After what I read, your accusations make no sense to me. Sorry but anyone would do the same thing.
Even he told you to wait for the refund, you were so kind to send his money back (which was a very great attitude). Then he told you that he has the parcel.
Can you tell me, if he was so called a conman then why he told you that he has the parcel? This doesn't make sense. He has both the parcel and the money in his possession.
First you tell him to keep the parcel free of charge if ever arrives to him, then when he got them you tell him to pay your money back? And like if this is not enough you use bad language to him. Anyone in his condition would have done the same thing. He claims he put the waxes in a local charity box, this is not something we can decide whether it is true or not. The responsibility is his.
And your second claim is he asked for extra discount to pay your money back. What is wrong about this? Since when asking for discount is wrong?
Don't miss understand, I do not know him personally. And I'm not a judge, I just wanted to understand what happened.
By the way I told him that your suggestion about giving money to a charity organization was a great idea. And he replied he already put the waxes in a charity box. So he has no regrets. We can not do anything about this.
